Average Processing & Shipping Time ▾
Ready-to-Ship Units
- Orders process and ship within 2–5 business days.
Preordered / Custom Units
- Allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.
Same-Day Pickup (Local)
- On-hand units may be available for same-day pickup.
- Text us at 561-289-3180 to schedule pickup.
Note: Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.
Processing vs Shipping Time ▾
- Processing time = time to prepare your order before shipping.
- If a refund is requested before processing begins, a $15 processing fee applies.
- Shipping time = carrier transit time after shipment.
We offer optional insurance to protect against lost or stolen packages.
- Overnight ($65) – Insurance included.
- Express ($40) & Economy ($15) – Insurance optional (+ $7).
If insurance is not selected, you agree that QB Beauty Bar is not responsible for loss after shipment.
Order Verification Requirement ▾
Once payment is made:
- You are consenting to complete the purchase.
- A verification form is emailed and texted to the number on file.
- This step prevents fraudulent transactions.
Important: Failure to complete verification results in an automatic refund and order cancellation.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking ▾
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Changes must be submitted through our address change form before shipping.
After handoff to UPS, delivery is outside our control—use your tracking number and contact UPS for updates.
