Eligibility

You must be 18 years old or have guardian permission to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete.

Online Orders Only

All orders must be placed through QBBEAUTYBAR.com. No orders are accepted by phone, text, or in person.

Processing doesn’t begin until after your verification form is received. Please also note that, as stated in our policy, all orders on our site are Pre-order unless listed under our “On Hand” products.

Local Pickup

Pickup is available for on-hand units only in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. To schedule, contact us at (561) 289-3180 after placing your order.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Ready-to-ship units: Ship in 2–5 business days.
• If a refund is requested before order processing has begun, a $15 processing fee will be deducted. This fee covers administrative and service costs associated with order management.
• Custom/preordered units: Require at least 7–14 business days.
• Processing times may extend during holidays and sales.

Limitation of Liability

QBBEAUTYBAR.com is not responsible for:

• Losses or damages resulting from improper wig installation or care.
• Delays or issues caused by shipping carriers.
• Personal allergic reactions to products.

Use all products at your own risk. Consult a licensed stylist for professional wig installation.

Order Verification Requirement

Upon purchase, you will receive a Verification & Waiver Form via email and/or text.

❗Important:

• This form must be completed within 7 hours of your order.
• If not completed, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
• If you do not agree to the terms within the form, you must contact us immediately to cancel.

The Verification Form includes:

• Your acknowledgment of our No Refund / No Exchange policy
• Confirmation of email accuracy for delivery notifications
• Acceptance of responsibility for reviewing your order
• A waiver of your right to file a chargeback or dispute through Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Zelle

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted, unless due to a verified error on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).

To be eligible for resolution:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• Submit a clear description of the issue and supporting photos to QBBEAUTYBAR18@gmail.com or text (561) 289-3180.

If approved, we will resolve the issue at our discretion.

Wig Sizing Disclaimer

All wigs are standard medium size (22” circumference).
We are not responsible for improperly fitted wigs due to incorrect head measurements.

Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollar. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Zelle (via text).

We reserve the right to cancel any order for errors or suspected fraud.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, or images, you give us permission to use them for promotional purposes.

Dispute Waiver Agreement

By completing the Verification & Waiver Form, you agree to waive your right to file any disputes or chargebacks related to your purchase via your bank, credit card company, or payment platform.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted once your order is placed.

Exception:

If QBBEAUTYBAR LLC makes a mistake (wrong item, missing product, or item damaged due to our handling), you must contact us within 24 hours with clear proof (photos + order number).

If approved, we will resolve the issue at our discretion.

Incorrect wig sizing is not a valid reason for return or refund.

SHIPPING & PICKUP POLICY

• Ready-to-ship units: 2–5 business days
• Preorders/Custom orders: At least 7 business days
• Same-day pickup: Available for on-hand units in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Must call to arrange: (561) 289-3180

Processing vs Shipping Time:

• Processing time: The time it takes to prepare your order
• Shipping time: The time your package is in transit after it ships

Orders ship to the address confirmed at checkout. Any changes must be submitted through our address change form before shipping. Once handed to UPS, delivery is outside our control. Please use your tracking number and contact UPS for updates.

Order Verification

After checkout, a verification form will be emailed and sent via SMS to the contact details on file.
You must complete this form.
Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation and a refund.
