Processing & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with QBBEAUTYBAR.com. Please review the following information regarding our processing and shipping procedures.

Average Processing & Shipping Time

Ready-to-Ship Units

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Preordered / Custom Units

  • Please allow at least 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.

Same-Day Pickup (Local)

  • On-hand units may be available for same-day pickup.
  • Please text us directly at 561-289-3180 to schedule your pickup time.

Note: Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience during busy times.

Processing vs. Shipping Time

  • Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships.
  • If a refund is requested before order processing has begun, a $15 processing fee will be deducted to cover administrative and service costs associated with order management.
  • Shipping time refers to the transit time after the order has been shipped.

We offer insurance with your shipping to protect against lost or stolen packages.

  • Overnight Shipping ($65.00): Insurance is automatically included.
  • Express ($40.00) & Economy ($15.00) Shipping: Insurance is optional and can be added for an additional $7.00.

Insurance covers lost or stolen packages. If you do not select the insurance option at checkout, you are acknowledging and agreeing that QBBEAUTYBAR is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once your order has shipped.

Order Verification Requirement

Once payment is made:

  • You are consenting to complete the purchase.
  • A verification form will be sent to your email address and notification via the phone number on file.
  • This is part of our fraud prevention process.

Important: Failure to complete and submit the required verification form will result in an automatic refund and cancellation of your order.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders ship to the address confirmed at checkout. Any changes must be submitted through our address change form before shipping. Once handed to UPS, delivery is outside our control. Please use your tracking number and contact UPS for updates.
