Average Processing Time
Same Day Pickup (Local)

Ready to Ship Units
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Pre-Order / Custom Units
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment.
Note: Processing times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. We appreciate your patience during busy times.
Processing vs. Shipping Time

Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order before it ships.

Shipping time is the transit time after your order has shipped.
If a refund is requested before processing has begun, a $15 service fee will be deducted to cover administrative and order management costs.
We offer shipping insurance to protect against lost or stolen packages.

Overnight Shipping ($65): Insurance is included

Express ($40) & Economy ($15): Insurance is optional and may be added for $7
Insurance covers lost or stolen packages.
If you do not select insurance at checkout, you are acknowledging and agreeing that QB Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen items once the order has shipped.
Order Verification Requirement
Once payment is submitted, you are consenting to complete your purchase.
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, a verification form will be sent to:

• via notification to the phone number on file
Important: Failure to complete and submit the verification form may result in an automatic refund and cancellation of your order.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Any address changes must be submitted before shipping. Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Please use your tracking number and contact the carrier directly for delivery updates.
