Processing Time
Processing refers to the time required to prepare your unit before shipment.
Same Day Local Pickup
Select on hand units may be available for same day pickup.

Ready to Ship Units
Prepared within 1–3 business days.
Made to Order | Custom Units
Prepared within 7–14 business days.
Processing begins once your order is confirmed and verification (if required) is completed.
Processing times may extend slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to transit time after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping options are selected at checkout:
• Overnight (Insurance Included)
• Express
• Economy
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Shipping Insurance
We offer optional shipping insurance for protection against lost or stolen packages.
If insurance is selected at checkout, claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.
If insurance is not selected, QB Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.
Order Verification
To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, a verification form may be sent after purchase.
The form will be sent to:
• The email address on file
• The phone number on file
Important: Failure to complete verification may result in order cancellation and refund.
Address Accuracy
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout.
Address changes must be requested before shipment.
Once your package has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
For delivery updates, please use your tracking number and contact the carrier directly.

• United States
• Canada
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

QB Beauty Bar is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
Due to hygiene and quality control standards, all hair sales are final.
