At QB Beauty Bar, we are committed to delivering luxury hair units with consistent quality and careful inspection.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Each unit is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Order Accuracy & Damage (Our Error Only)


We will offer a replacement only if an error occurred on our behalf, such as:

• You received the wrong item

• Your item arrived damaged

To report an eligible issue, you must notify us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, QB Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If shipping insurance is selected at checkout, claims must be filed through the insurance provider.

If insurance is not selected, the customer assumes responsibility once the item has been shipped and marked delivered.

    • Styling or maintenance outcomes

    • Requests submitted after the 24-hour reporting window

    • Worn, altered, washed, or tampered items

     

    Texture Disclaimer

    Variations in styling results, texture preference, or maintenance routine are not considered defects.

    Customers are responsible for selecting the correct texture, length, lace type, and density prior to purchase. Proper care and maintenance are required to preserve the quality and longevity of all units.
