At QB Beauty Bar, we take pride in providing luxury hair products with consistent quality. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

All units are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Exceptions (Mistake on Our Behalf Only)


We only offer a replacement if the error is on our part, such as:

• You received the wrong item

• Your item arrived damaged

If this occurs, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Missing Items

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery. Please contact the carrier unless you opted in for order insurance.


Reporting an Issue (24-Hour Window)

To report an eligible issue, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at: QBBEAUTYBAR18@gmail.com


Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final once shipped. Claims of dissatisfaction based on texture preference, maintenance expectations, or styling results do not qualify as defective or unacceptable items. Customers are encouraged to select the correct texture prior to purchase. Chargebacks filed without first allowing the merchant to resolve the issue may be disputed with supporting evidence.

If your claim is approved, we will provide the next steps to resolve the issue.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

 

QB Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.

If you purchased shipping insurance, your claim must be filed through the insurance provider. If insurance was not selected at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that QB Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen items once shipped.


What We Do Not Accept

    We do not accept returns or refunds for:

    • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
    • Incorrect selection of length, texture, lace, or density
    • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
    • Styling results or maintenance expectations
    • Requests submitted after the 24-hour window
    • Used, worn, opened, altered, or tampered items

    Texture Disclaimer | Raw Hair

    Our raw hair is 100% unprocessed and maintains its natural texture. Wavy and curly textures will naturally revert after washing, exposure to humidity, or lack of heat styling. Raw wavy hair is not intended to remain straight without continuous heat styling. Texture behavior is not considered a defect.

    Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order confirmation, policy agreement, tracking, and delivery proof.
