What Is Your Refund Policy?

No refunds. All sales are final.
Once payment is made, your order is considered confirmed.

What Is Your Return / Exchange Policy?

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted.

  • All units are non-refundable, unless a mistake was made on our behalf.

  • If an error was made on our part, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your item for resolution.
    All sales are final.

I Ordered the Wrong Wig Cap Size. What Can I Do?

All wigs provided by QB.BeautyBar are crafted in a standard medium size (22” head circumference). We are not responsible for wigs that do not fit due to incorrect sizing.
Please be sure to measure your head accurately before placing your order.

 

How long will this wig last?

With proper care, this unit is designed to last 2–3 years.


Is this wig beginner friendly? Yes. Straight units are one of the easiest textures to maintain and style, making this a great option for beginners.

 


Does the hair shed? All hair sheds slightly, but this unit is designed to be minimal shedding with proper care and maintenance.

 

Will the lace melt and look natural?
Yes. This unit features ultra-thin HD lace designed for a natural, seamless finish when installed properly.

 


Can I request transparent lace? Yes,  transparent lace is available upon request.

 


Can I add a headband or request adjustments?Yes. A headband and adjustable sizing can be added upon request. Please leave your request in the order notes at checkout.

 


What if I’m unsure what length or density to choose? No worries 🤍 DM us and we’ll recommend the best option based on the look you want and your lifestyle.

 

 

Texture Disclaimer | Raw Hair

Our raw hair is 100% unprocessed and maintains its natural texture. Wavy and curly textures will naturally revert after washing, exposure to humidity, or lack of heat styling. Raw wavy hair is not intended to remain straight without continuous heat styling. Texture behavior is not considered a defect.
